Private Health Funds
Most private funds provide a rebate for visits to an APD. The rebate, if eligible will depend on your level of cover. Please check with your provider before attending.

Medicare Rebates
Patients with a chronic medical condition are eligible for a rebate from Medicare under a care plan. This is conducted by a GP and is known as the GP management Plan and Team Care Arrangement and needs to be in place prior to attending. The rebate is claimed at Medicare with your receipt after the consult. Please note there will be a gap.

Cancellation policy
Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is required to avoid paying a fee.
